What you'll learn
  • →Understand the four anxiety responses: fight, flight, freeze, fawn — and recognize which one is your default.
  • →See anxiety not as malfunction but as a survival system doing its job too well.
  • →Stop trying to feel less anxious and start trying to work with the system you have.

Don't just watch. Do.

Think back to the last time you were really anxious. Which of the four did your body do — fight (anger, irritability), flight (escape, avoidance), freeze (paralysis, blank mind), or fawn (people-pleasing, agreeing)? Name it. Knowing your default is half the battle.
